Hailstone vibrating screens are circular-motion inclined screens in two, three and four deck designs. Standard inclination degrees are selected depending on the size of the machine. The devks can be equipped with any kind of modern screening media of polyurethane and rubber, wire mesh or steel plate depending upon the material.

Well positioned rotary shaft at its center of gravity gives the screen a motion that follows a circular profile at every point on the screen as it runs; result in excellent efficiency in all stages of crushing operations.
